Permian Bison Coatings was founded by brothers Noel and Edward Lucio, driven by a shared entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for delivering high-quality products and service to fellow West Texans.

With hands-on experience in coatings from his University days in Waco, Noel now leads operations as Owner-Lead Installer, ensuring every project meets our exacting standards and our customers specifications.

Edward focuses on commercial sales, building relationships and expanding our reach across the region.
